Our family is moving from the west coast to NYC and knew basically nothing about the local RE market and the pros and cons of the many NYC neighborhoods. Isaac helped us with every single step. From our very first video call to showing us and walking us through over 30 well curated properties. He and my husband narrowed down the search to 5 homes and I flew out with our baby girl to see them. He went above and beyond every step of the way! You name it, he was there to take care of it for us! From airport pickups and drop offs to installing my 16 months old baby’s car seat in his car, grabbing lunch and coffee; but most importantly, he was patient with this mom traveling with her baby. Isaac took the time to know and understand our family, our needs, our preferences, and incorporated that into every home he curated and showed us. He was timely in all his responses and extremely flexible with our schedule. No question was left unanswered and his knowledge of the New York market was extremely impressive. Okay. So I honestly can't stand apartment hunting. Frankly, part of what I struggle with is dealing with agents who I feel are trying to hoodwink me (worst case) or bad at empathizing with me and keep showing me places that don't make any sense for my needs. That's why randomly discovering Isaac was awesome. He did neither of these things. He's a straight shooter, an incredibly hard worker, and a pleasant person to be around. He showed me places that were exactly in the range of what I was looking for and he did it very efficiently while also being exceedingly patient with me along the way.
