Landmark

History buffs rejoice! As one of the oldest cities in America, there is no shortage of things to do in NYC. But there's also another side to NYC - its long, loud and proud history! id you know that New York City served as the nation’s capital from 1785 to 1790? During this time, the Founding Fathers were laying the groundwork and setting up important government offices here, including the first Congress, Supreme Court, and Executive Branch offices. As more and more working class Americans came to NYC, more and more iconic landmarks of the city were constructed, many of which we still enjoy today!

Sight Seeing

Sight Seeing

One of the greatest cities in the world, New York is always a whirlwind of activity, with famous sites at every turn and never enough time to see them all. Some people come here to enjoy the Broadway shows; others come specifically to shop and dine; and many come simply to see the sites: the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge, Central Park, historic neighborhoods, and numerous world famous museums. Many of the best places to visit in New York are within walking distance of each other, or just a short ride away, making this city a delight for sightseeing.

Isaac Rosenberg

Real Estate Advisor

New York is the most ethnically diverse, religiously varied, commercially driven, famously congested, and, in the eyes of many, the most attractive urban centre in the country. Most people associate New York City with the bright lights of Broadway and well-known Big Apple landmarks, and while they’re certainly correct, there’s plenty more to do in NYC than join the crowds in Times Square and soak up the sun in Central Park. There are almost too many neighborhoods to count - there’s a total of 43 in Midtown and Downtown NYC alone, which doesn’t include any smaller sub-neighborhoods - so it can be difficult to choose which borough, neighborhood or even street will give you the convenience and NYC vibe right for you when looking for New York City apartments.

If there is anything I can help with in this big city, I would love to be a resource!
